We work with organizations and businesses that want to move the needle - internally and externally - towards local and global justice for all. We meet our clients where they are, and work with them to ensure that their mission, vision, and goals align with their strategies and actions and with our shared vision of social justice.

There are great firms out there providing fund-moving consulting, or board development, or volunteer project coordination, or event planning, or communications, or advocacy work with marginalized communities, or media development. We love the work they do (mostly) and we appreciate their expertise.
There are no firms like Nacy Warner Associates providing all those services noted above - and much more - and no other firms that provide all those services through the lens of social justice.

Who we work with.
We work with organizations, causes, companies, and communities that understand the importance of racial justice, reparations for the descendants of enslaved Africans, social justice, community-building, civic engagement, advocacy, decriminalization of poverty, LGBTQIA+ rights, HIV/AIDS and sexual health, reproductive rights, and empowerment for all marginalized and exploited communities.
We live our politics, and we do not separate the political from the personal from the professional. We believe the time for compartmentalizing our desire for collective liberation from the work that we do is long over. The work is too important.
We bring our authentic selves to this work, and we learn every day how our intersections as a team give us strength and wisdom to help our clients.
Pulling punches? Avoiding discomfort? No, thank you. If you are looking for a consulting firm that will simply tell you what you (or your board, or your C-Suite) wants to hear, then there are many out there who will do just that... but that's not Nacy Warner Associates. We are not the right fit for every organization, nor is every organization the right fit for us.
Will we meet you and your organization where you are at? Absolutely. We are here to support you in moving the needle. Sometimes the movement is just a quiver; sometimes it's an earthquake. We are ready to help you in either case, and in every case in-between.

We offer customized proposals to each potential client. We work with your organization to ensure that your investment in our services creates the return you seek. We also know that our range of expertise, knowledge, and skill bring value, and we charge accordingly.
Rest assured: we're insured.
In addition to maintaining both general liability and "errors and omissions" insurance policies, we maintain registration as Professional Fundraisers with the New York State Attorney General's Charities Bureau and carry bonding in New York State as required by the Attorney General. (If your organization is based outside of New York State, we will register with the appropriate agency in your state to ensure compliance with all required statutes.)
