Karla is our Director of Communications & Operations. She provides our team and our clients with marketing and communications strategies to get the word out there about all the good work we are doing! She also keeps the Nacy Warner Associates crew organized and on track by implementing systems and procedures (that they all love... ha!).
She is an intersectional feminist, cat mom, anti-racist in training, pro-choice, book worm, Italian-American, true crime attic* (SSDGM), brunch enthusiast, and (damn good) home cook. Her personal motto has become “Do Good Recklessly”.
Karla is a New Leaders Council CDNY Fellow Class of 2019, an inductee in the Marist College Theatre Hall of Fame Class of 2021, and an Albany Business Review 40 Under 40 Class of 2022.
Karla was born and raised in Albany, NY. She currently lives in East Greenbush, NY with her fiancé Phil and two cats, Callie and Olive.
