Richard is our CEO & Principal Consultant. In addition to providing strategy and guidance to clients, he also serves as the company’s chief executive and financial officer. With more than a quarter-century of hands-on work experience (and the grey hair to prove it), he enjoys working with clients to bring projects of all scales and sizes to fruition.
An outspoken and proud queer, abolitionist, anti-racist, anti-capitalist, atheist, anti-gun, pro-choice, pro-trans, pro-BLM, leftist, socialist and animal lover (we threw that last one in there for relatability), Richard sees 2020 as the point where – in the words of Audre Lorde – he began “changing the things he cannot accept.”
Richard is also an electropop artist, DJ, Billboard-charting producer, and runs a small independent music label, Disko Systems.
Richard lives in Syracuse and Troy, New York, and sometimes Atlanta, Georgia (where his husband, actor Tom Nacy Warner, is based) but considers the Capital Region of New York to be his center of gravity.

Straight into oblivion! Richard released "Manifesto" in 2016, just prior to the election in which the USA got the President it deserved (as it always does). The "Manifesto" video is a dizzying fever-dream; watch it here.
A delicious crossover of Robert Solheim's magical "Slow Bender" and Rick O'Disko's "Labyrinths + Mazes," with heavenly added vocals by Lill-Ann Blauenfeldt. Watch it here.
